"We work-shopped it and I was part of the 1999 cast. In fact we performed at Elton John's birthday party and Donny was there. I didn't know he was a guest at the party. It's crazy! They asked me if I would like to come back," says Kym, adding "a lot of the cast is still the same people. That was my family for six years. I lived with them and toured the world with them. I am so excited. Broadway has been a dream of mine since I was a kid." Kym isn't the only one thrilled about performing in the Big Apple, Donny is just as happy for her. "I am dancing with a Broadway star and it's fantastic," Donny tells In Touch." But there is still one thing left for both Donny and Kym to accomplish before she starts her new gig - win this season of DWTS.
